After purchase please allow up to 24 hours to receive a form link, ALL clients are REQUIRED to fill out a form detailing their service & confirming they are in fact the person making the purchase. You will be asked to provide a Signature, If your Signature is signed as initials you will be asked to resign or your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked from booking in the future.

BY Choosing 'FREESTYLE' on form gives IREAYNAH full creative control over you desired project. You are in charge of providing COLORS , FONT STYLE ( CURSIVE, BULK+)

Approval Forms Are A Requirement To Release Any and ALL Work Ireaynah has Done For You To Ensure That No Client Can State That They Are UnHappy After Finalized Work Is Sent Over.

Failure To Complete Form Within 60 Days Of Recieving Will Result In A Cancelled / Non-Refunded Order.

Payment/Refunds

ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED.

ALL ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THIS IS A DIGITAL DESIGN SERVICE!! 
You will receive digital production of your description. 
Orders Can NOT be cancelled once order is placed.

All services provided are digital creative services. 
As such, refunds are not offered once work has commenced, and buyer's remorse is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

Refunds may only be issued in the event that Ireaynah is unable to deliver the agreed-upon project, or if a mutual agreement cannot be reached on a non-freestyle project. In these rare circumstances, appropriate accommodations and/or a refund will be immediately implemented.

Projects requested as freestyle are non-refundable. If a client becomes undecided, unclear on their vision, or elects to discontinue the project after work has begun, the project will be cancelled without refund, as creative time and resources have already been allocated.
All projects are completed through a queue-based (line-based) workflow, with one project worked on at a time.

This ensures each client receives thoughtful, original, and high-quality results. Due to the nature of creative services, projects cannot be rushed, particularly when creative direction is open or undefined.

All required materials and the completed intake form must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. Failure to submit required information within this timeframe may result in project delays or possible cancellation.

YOU CAN ONLY PICK ONE PROOF FOR ANY SERVICE, PICKING MORE THAN ONE OPTION WILL RESULT IN UP CHARGE.

THE FOLLOWING FILE TYPES ARE PROVIDED:
PNG, ALL WHITE PNG & ALL BLACK PNG.

A REVISION DOES NOT MEAN A COMPLETELY NEW DESIGN, A REVISION INCLUDES TWEAKING THE DESIGN PRESENTED TO FIT YOUR DESIGN NEEDS.

EX. (FONTS, COLOR OR PLACEMENT CHANGE.)

YOU MUST ASK FOR REVISIONS (IF NEEDED) WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PROOFS,
IF CLIENT IS UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULT OF A PROJECT, IT WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION & IREAYNAH WILL DO EVERYTHING TO ENSURE THE CLIENT IS 100% SATISFIED.
THE CLIENT MUST VOICE THEIR OPINION BEFORE THE FINAL DESIGN IS COMPLETED.
MENTIONING CONCERNS AFTERWARDS WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA CHARGE.

Ireaynahstudios Policies & Contractual Agreement

Before placing an order, please make sure you review Ireaynahstudios’ full policy and contract terms located on our policy page.
Once your order is submitted, you will automatically receive an email containing your service contract and design order form. Both must be fully completed and signed before any work can begin.

Turnaround Time

Our standard processing timeframe is 12–14 business days, counting Monday through Friday only, between the hours of 10 AM – 6 PM.
Please note: Weekends , all major holidays, and the date 08/15 are not considered business days.

Freestyle Policy

Choosing option freestyle on your form firmly indicates the you give Ireaynah FULL CONTORL to design your service fit to the desire of the brief summary that you leave in her own creative way. It is took into consideration that Ireaynah's choice of style may not be to everyone's liking which is why it is important to give as much detail of your vision as possible.

If you happen to not admire your freestyle service you are to critique with explicit detail as to how you would like your resulted look. You will then receive 1 new proof of tweaked design, anything after critiqued proof will result in up charge or project cancellation.

This allows prospective clients to see the quality and style of designs I create, while celebrating the work we’ve achieved together. If you have specific concerns about how your project is shared, please feel free to discuss this prior to the start of the project.
